Gushan Senior High School, much close to Kaohsiung Chai-Shan natural park and Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, is a complete high school with an exceptionally gifted learning environment and a kind style of study, containing both junior and senior parts.

Our School was founded in 1957 originally named Kaohsiung Seventh-Hunior High School. In 1968, it changed its system into a complete high school, recruiting senior high school students and being named Kaohsiung Gushan Complete High School.

Finally, in October,2000 it was turned out to be Kaohsiung Municipal Gushan Senior High School by the Education Department.
